1. What this site is

The site is an independent, informational directory of auto repair locations. We do not repair vehicles, sell repair services or operate any listed business. Any work you arrange is an agreement between you and the shop.

2. No affiliation, and trademarks

We are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by AAA, Toyota or any listed business. "AAA", "AAA Approved Auto Repair", "Toyota" and other names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to identify the networks and brands described on this site.

3. Accuracy of information

Listings are compiled from public sources and may be incomplete or out of date. Hours, services, discounts, warranties and approval status can change at any time. The open now indicator is based on listed hours in the shop's local time and may not reflect holidays or temporary closures. Always confirm details with the shop and the official source before you rely on them.

4. Not advice, not an endorsement

We do not rank shops, publish prices or guarantee any shop's work. Articles and answers on this site are general information, not professional mechanical, legal or financial advice. Choosing a shop and approving a repair are your decisions and your responsibility.

5. Using the site

You agree to use the site lawfully. Please do not disrupt or overload it, try to break its security, or use automated tools in a way that burdens our servers. We may block traffic that does.

6. Intellectual property

The design, text and code of this site belong to us or our licensors, except for third-party names, logos and business information, which belong to their owners. You may view and share links to pages for personal, non-commercial use.

7. Third-party links and services

The site links to and uses outside services, including maps and the websites of shops and brands. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

8. Corrections and removal requests

If a listing is wrong, or you own a listed business and want it updated or removed, contact us through the contact page. We will review each request and make changes where appropriate.

The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including accuracy, availability and fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the site, your reliance on a listing, or services provided by a repair shop or other third party. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which we are established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
